So, I've never been huge on blogging, or eating healthy, or any of that crazy jazz, so I thought, what a crazy world, I'll blog about trying to be healthy! Killing two birds with one stone I guess you could say.
I've always wanted to be healthy, and it was easy when I was involved in sports in high school and college, it's easy to eat anything you want when you're running your skinny tush off for 3 hours a day with drills and games. Then after sports ended I started that well-known downward spiral. Eating the same, working out less, clearly not a healthy equation, I know. Processed foods are my weakness, and don't even get me started on candy, my sweet tooth could rot you mind. As of lately, all these bad decisions have been catching up to me and making me feel like crap, and above all, fat. I'm starting to learn I'm not a huge fan of it, at all. So here goes the start of a new beginning and a healthy new life!
